Directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and based on the short story by George R.R. Martin, the story centers on a queen who, desperate to fulfill her love, plays a daring game: she sends the powerful and fearsome witch Grey Ellis (Milla Jovovich) into the haunted wilderness of the Lost Lands in search of magical power, where the witch and her guide, the vagabond Boyce (Dave Bautista), must overcome and battle both man and demon.
